I have lived and worked in Bristol since 1978, still enjoying and exploring the city and the area. This blog is related to the course I am pursuing at the University of the West of England (UWE), an MA in Multi-Disciplinary Print Making, which is from 2015 to 2018.
I particularly enjoy working in fabric, especially fabric printing and batik, quilting and related areas; making clothes, toys and dolls; also agitprop and poetry, printmaking. artists’ books and laser cutting. Since starting the course I have begun experimenting with laser-cut plywood, perspex and other materials, and 3d printing. These and many other facilities are available at the Bower Ashton campus.
I currently have several projects under-way and as these mature I will post more details. This page has a few pictures of previous work but more can be seen at Bits and Bobs.
